Please note that due to the current law on making number plates, we will require both proof of entitlement to the registration and also proof of your identity before we can make a number plate for you. Ideally, we require your log book (known as form V5) and driving licence. Please note that the log book does not have to be in your name, for example you can make up a number plate for a friend or other member of your family, so long as you have a valid log book and your own driving licence, this is okay.
